Team Registration

Please follow the steps below after completing the Interest Form above. Registration opens late July.

Step One

Parents of high school students wishing to participate in athletics should register using FamilyID.

FamilyID is a secure, user-friendly online registration platform that streamlines the application process and allows parents to enter information once for multiple family members and athletic teams.

Step Two

Submit payments through Touchbase.

Step Three

Students who participate in extracurricular sports must complete a physical exam in grades 9, and 11 or if this is their first time participating with a Bend-La Pine Schools team. All physicals need to be completed prior to the sports season and not before May 1 of the summer before the current academic year. Please be sure to print out the OSAA School Sports Pre-Participation Examination form.

Take it to your child’s sports physical appointment. When you have completed the sports physical, please turn it in to the school. You may also email it directly to: mike.carpenter@bend.k12.or.us

Please see the Summit Athletics Page for further information: https://www.bend.k12.or.us/summit/student-life/athletics
