Summer Training
Summer practices with the team begin on June 30th, 8am at Riverbend Park. Practices in the summer remain optional until August 18th. They will be held on weekdays, with an average of two coached practices per week. Other practices will be team captain/leader led. Consistent summer training is the best way to set yourself up for a great xc season. Start now, it will be worth the investment.
Please fill out the interest form and use the SportsYou App to be included on practice locations and times.
If you are unable to attend optional practices we strongly encourage you to build up to 5 x per week running in order to minimize injuries.
